Two weeks ago I had the absolute pleasure to be interviewed by Australian author and mentor, Andrew Jobling for his podcast "Accidental Author."

In our interview I shared my story with mental health, how I wrote myself out of depression and published my first book -"Unmasking Depression" - and how I am now empowering others to heal their heartache, find their soul's purpose and rewrite their life story.
